A Healthy Eating Curriculum using Top Grub cards was developed and a research study was carried out in 38 primary schools in Cambridgeshire by the Medical Research Council Epidemiology Unit, Cambridge. The study showed that children's knowledge about nutrition improved and they enjoyed playing this game. Here are some of the quotes from children and teachers:
